The team was careful to avoid needless expenditure on our part. In fact, when portions of the original project were not of a nature to justify incurring Integrity’s overhead costs, the team forthrightly recommended an alternative that saved us a substantial amount. I hope we all stay in touch.

I recognize that Integrity’s management style places a premium on meticulousness, and that is, of course, a good thing.

We want to age here but didn’t want pre-emptive aging-in-place design solutions built into the home. There is flexibility in the floorplan, though, so that the master bedroom could be re-located downstairs if necessary.

The construction team was great about sending pictures and updates throughout the process when we weren’t at the site.

At the end of the project when we looked at our new kitchen and two new bathrooms we felt like we were looking at a high end design magazine. Attention had been paid to every little detail. And the budget stayed on track – no surprises! Strangely we missed all of our Integrity friends after the project was done. When we are ready for another project Integrity will definitely be our first call.

We lived in our house during the entire 4 months of demo and construction. Everyone from Integrity was very respectful of our space leaving the house clean and tidy at the end of each work day.
